The Paralegal will be responsible for various projects within the Legal team relating to all corporate legal matters. This role will leverage both traditional legal expertise and emerging and existing technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across legal workflows.
GBX Group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant with excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze and prepare financial reports and forecasts. The Senior Property Accountant works closely with the Property Accounting Manager to prepare internal and external reporting of the funds’ financials as well as real estate portfolio results, properties’ and holding companies’ financial statements.
The Tax Associate will be responsible for providing support to the in-house tax team. They will be responsible for providing general audit management, assisting the tax compliance team in preparing specialized tax disclosures, drafting IDR responses, preparing appeals protests and managing the appeals process.
